After a seven-year association with the Santa Clarita office of Merrill Lynch Realty’s Commercial Division, Tim formed CCS in 1990 when the Merrill Lynch office in Newhall was closed in order to continue servicing his existing clients. Since 1983, Mr. Crissman has been a consistent top producer in commercial brokerage in the Santa Clarita and surrounding areas. With Merrill Lynch Realty’s Commercial Division, Mr. Crissman was twice named Top Commercial Sales Associate for the company, as well as Top Transactions Associate with over 65 sale and lease deals in 1988. Specializing in commercial land acquisitions, development feasibility and leasing, Mr. Crissman has brought numerous retail, office and industrial projects to proforma level throughout CCS’s service area. Mr. Crissman prides himself on his willingness to serve his clients’ needs and is a tenacious dealmaker. He has maintained a significant market share of the retail marketplace in the service areas of the Santa Clarita, Simi, Conejo, and San Fernando Valleys proving that a local independent operator can compete and outperform, in many instances, the larger regional and national firms.
