CCS has been involved with a full range

in the development arena. In fact, the Newhall
Land and Farming Company, the largest single
landowner and developer in Santa Clarita
Valley, has sought CCS’s development
and entrepreneurial expertise in analyzing
and advising on various retail and industrial
properties.
During the recessionary and post Northridge
Earthquake period of the early 90’s,
CCS’s insight and analysis was sought
to help with the recovery of numerous properties
in Santa Clarita. Projects such as the Valley
Business Center, Lyons Village and Golden
Oak Plaza, owe their recovery, lease up
and eventual sale in no small measure to
CCS’s entrepreneurial expertise and
efforts.
Whether in the Santa Clarita Valley or
surrounding areas, CCS has the experience
of dealing with the governmental agencies
and negotiating the process of acquiring
entitlements for new projects. This experience
is essential for the effective representation
of commercial property from its formative
stages of concept and design analysis, through
the complete cycle of lease-up, management,
