Born in Glendale and raised in La Crescenta, Mr. Cude attended Glendale Community College than continued on to Cal State Northridge as a Finance/Real Estate Major. He also attended courses by the American Institute of Appraiser and studied Real Estate Finance at CSUN. Mr. Cude began his real estate career working with his father at Cude Realty. In 1994, Randy started at Verdugo Hills Realty as an assistant and later moved up to Office Manager, REO Manager and placed in charge of Property Management. Thereafter, Mr. Cude worked for Prestige Properties of Santa Clarity Valley. Mr. Cude has a strong background in wholesale, retail, residential, and commercial sales. He has completed hundreds of market evaluations for more than twenty-five institutional lenders. Mr. Cude has actively participated in the evaluation, property management and marketing of thousands of properties, and assisted many institutional lenders with the acquisition, maintenance, and improvement of their portfolios. Mr. Cude’s professional experience is now being put to good use in servicing the various clients of Crissman Commercial Services.
